Shipping Help

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically. Please track your parcel using the tracking number in that email. If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder.

Please check spam/junk first, then search your inbox for “Jubilee Scents” or “tracking”. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend your tracking details.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and can take time to refresh, especially during peak periods. Please keep checking the courier’s tracking page for the latest scans.

We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service. Please note that 48hr delivery is an estimated service and is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

During busy periods (such as Christmas, sales events, or nationwide courier congestion), delays can occasionally occur even with tracked services. Once your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail, delivery speed and scanning updates are fully managed by the courier.

Please continue to monitor your tracking for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

If there has been no tracking movement for 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with Royal Mail on your behalf.

⚠️ Important notes:

  • Tracking updates may pause while parcels are in transit between depots
  • Delays do not automatically mean the parcel is lost
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may also cause delivery delays

If you contact us immediately (before dispatch), we can usually update it. After dispatch, we can’t redirect parcels and we’re not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
