Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date the order is received.

Before sending any item back, the customer must contact us by email and provide their order number, full name, and shipping address, clearly requesting a return. Returns sent without prior approval or to the wrong address will not be accepted and may be refused or returned to sender.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Testing the fragrance with 1–2 sprays is acceptable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of excessive use beyond reasonable testing.

Items that are noticeably used, damaged, leaking, incomplete, or not in resale condition will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
All refunds are subject to approval after inspection.

Once approved, we will confirm receipt and notify you when the refund has been processed. Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 2–4 working days after processing.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. However, if a refund is approved, the original outbound shipping cost will be refunded.

Samples are not eligible for return or refund.

The customer is fully responsible for the safe return of the item. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are successfully received by us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service. Any item not received by us, regardless of reason, will not qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and outer packaging.

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


Promotional and Free Items

If an order includes a free or promotional item and part of the order is returned, causing the order value or quantity to fall below the qualifying threshold, all items must be returned, including the free item.

The free item must be unused. If the free item is not returned, the full retail value of the item will be deducted from the refund.


Bundle Purchases

Items purchased as part of a bundle cannot be returned individually.

To qualify for a refund, all items included in the bundle must be returned together. If only part of the bundle is returned, a refund will not be issued. In this case, we can offer an exchange only.


Exchange Policy

If a customer wishes to exchange an item, the original item must be returned to us first.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be required to pay a £3 postage fee to cover the cost of sending the replacement item.

No replacement item will be dispatched until the £3 repostage fee has been paid.

Only one exchange is permitted per order. Any additional exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.

All exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns, including original packaging and acceptable usage limits.


International Orders and Customs Fees

For orders shipped outside the UK, the customer is responsible for all import charges, including VAT, customs duties, and handling fees, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

If these charges are not paid and the delivery is refused or returned to us, we will deduct the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the courier from any refund issued.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the parcel is lost, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

If the parcel is returned to us by the courier, the customer may choose one of the following options.

Reshipment of the order once the correct address is provided. A £3 reshipment fee will apply.

Refund of the order. A £10 return postage and restocking fee will be deducted to cover return shipping costs and administrative handling.
