Our Return Policy
- We accept returns within 14 days of Delivery date.
- We are unable to offer any refund or exchange after this time.
- To qualify for a refund your item must not have been used and be in original packaging and condition you received it.
- Refunds:
- Once we have received the item we will confirm receipt and notify you when the refund is processed if applicable.
- After we have processed the refund the money will be returned to your account as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 working days.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipment.
- Samples are not covered by the refund policy.
